La Voie Féline is an Association that comes to the aid of cats, made up of several organizations, all dedicated to the animal cause and the environment.
The Association's website represents a leap from Facebook to a dedicated online space, enhancing their visibility and facilitating a smoother adoption process for both cats and caring owners.
I designed and implemented a website for them which serves as a comprehensive platform for showcasing cats available for adoption, expanding the association's exposure for increased adoptions. It goes beyond a simple gallery, providing ongoing updates on cats post-adoption, including photos and stories shared by new owners. Additionally, the site features cats in need of temporary foster homes.
Taking on both roles of designer and implementer, I crafted the website and integrated a Content Management System (CMS). This allowed for easy updates and management, empowering the association to maintain an up-to-date and dynamic online presence.
Collaboration with the association involved understanding their expectations for the website. Insights gathered from their experience were used to highlight key information, ensuring the site maximizes the long-term adoption rate.
